Backup Policy: UparjonERP has its (Auto and Manual) own backup policy. But we recommended to develop company own backup policy such as DVD archive, Pen drive, External HDD, or Online Backup.
Attendance Device: UparjonERP software can be integrated with any kind of attendance device such as RTA 600, RAC 900, Virdi, Nitgen , Jantech, ZK Software, Finger tech and many more devices.

Online Support: Except holiday within 24 hours online support through Team viewer anydesk, Ammy. (First 01 year free after that service agreement required)

Terms and Conditions
The following are the conditions mentioned in the terms of reference:
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
A sealed and signed copy of this terms and condition page need to be attached with the work order.
Our fully trained engineers will ensure services as and when required within the scope of this proposal.
Mini logo or Advertisement of UparjonERP may be put on the hardware’s front.
PROJECT IMPLEMENT DURATION (ERP)
Duration of project Start: 15 working days after awarding work order.
SOFTWARE UPDATE & MAINTENANCE
Software update will be providing within the service period.
Full Support for any problem, changes will provide in service period.
Training for new employee who handles UparjonERP software.
If machine damage by virus then recover the database.
Any changes of software customization and update will include in this contract.
Any addition reports if required will developed within contract period
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Software
30% payment with work order after successful completion of installation,
20% after 4 Month, rest 50% successful Completed work.
All payment should be made through account payee cheque in favor of
SUPPORT & SERVICES:
We will provide support free of cost for the 1 year from the date of installation and after that for the purpose of support continuity customers could enter in to a maintenance agreement with UparjonERP .
Once such agreement will extend for further one-year period of service & maintenance.
Please note that in case of the training site is outside of Dhaka city corporation area, the customer will to bear all the expenses like food, accommodation, Transportation, etc. of our people to be deputed for the purpose of training on the software.
